A workshop for couples based on my book which also came in Dutch last year, called "Laekker, lang & liefdevol" or something like that. About how to fall in love again and make room for physical contact, appreciation, and understanding of how we can help each other
heal through an intimate relationship. We feel attracted to each other when we feel loved. The workshop works best for committed couples, but you can also do it together with a friend to practice.

How to understand your body type and the
body type of your partner, child, friend and boss... We all have a basic temperament and is also affected by our lifestyle in different ways. The workshop gives a basic understanding of the different doshas vata, pitta and kapha, how we balance them in our life and how we can use this knowledge for more smooth, deep and sexy relationships. I also wrote a book on ayurveda but it is only in Swedish so far.
